Returns

If you wish to cancel your purchase after receipt of a product, you can return it to us at your own expense if it is not used. Only unopened products in their original condition and in their original packaging are eligible for a refund. If the packaging has been opened and it turns out that the product does not meet your expectations, such as the color, then the product cannot be returned. So be careful when placing orders. The condition for returning the product is that you notify us of this within 24 hours of receipt via webstore@mrshighbrow.com and that you return the product to us within 14 days of receipt.

It is important to include the following information in the return shipment:

- Name
- Address
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Order number
- Name account holder
- (IBAN) Account number
- Reason for return

If you have received (a) product(s) that you did not order, leave the packaging intact. An unwanted product that is nevertheless used or of which the lid or cap has been opened is considered as a product that has been accepted by the customer. The product cannot be returned or exchanged.

It is not possible to exchange products. Would you rather have a different product than the one you ordered? Please return the product, according to previous conditions. We will refund your purchase amount, after which you can order the right product yourself.CREDITAs soon as the package has been received back in good order, the purchase price - minus the shipping costs - will be credited. The crediting will take place within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment. Keep the proof of return until the purchase amount has been credited.
